Napping Yankees Fan Sues ESPN for Mocking Him On Air

A fan who was filmed snoozing during a game at Yankee Stadium and was mocked for it by ESPN commentators has sued the network, the team and the announcers for $10 million. So reports the New York Post.

 

The man, a used-car dealer named Andrew Rector, claims the commentators’ remarks caused him “mental anguish, loss of future income and loss of earning capacity.”
