Benjamin Moore Named Brown Paints After Black Employee: Lawsuit

A black man from New Jersey claims he was terminated from Benjamin Moore after he complained it created a hostile work environment by naming brown paint colors after him, according to a lawsuit filed by the former employee. So reports the UK’s Daily Mail.

 

The man, Clinton Tucker, claims that the paint colors “Clinton Brown” and “Tucker Chocolate” were named after him despite his protests and that he was fired for his complaints.
