Students Challenging Vax Requirements at Public Universities

A handful of college and graduate students have decided to sue their respective schools over COVID-19 vaccination requirements at public universities around the nation. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

COVID Vaccine.jpegThe federal lawsuits have been brought in California, Connecticut, Indiana and Massachusetts. The students are arguing they have the constitutional right to attend college in person without having to get vaccinated, although legal scholars cited said they expect the students to face an uphill battle.
