The now-tossed class action fraud suit was filed by Ernest J. Walker and Gary D. Fielder and named a number of elected officials, social media company Facebook, its founder Mark Zuckerberg and Dominion Voting Systems. Magistrate Judge N. Reid Nureiter said the two attorneys are on the hook for the legal fees incurred by the lawsuit's defendants as the fraud claims had no basis in evidence.
