Cali Moves Closer to Trained Paraprofessional Legal Counseling  

California is one step closer to allowing paraprofessionals to offer legal counsel in certain circumstances after the State Bar of California’s Board of Trustees gave a preliminary nod of approval. So reports Reuters.
