Michigan SoS Candidate Files Suit Questioning Mail-in Voting Procedures

Republican candidate KristinaKaramo, who is running for secretary of state in Michigan, filed a lawsuitseeking to require in-person voting, or at least the in-person pickup of theballots from the clerk’s office. So reports the Detroit News.

The lawsuit seems unlikely to succeed as it runs up against provisionsin the state constitution and is one of the first of its kind ahead of the 2022midterm elections.
