Woman Who Called Police on Black Bird-watcher Loses Discrimination Case  

Amy Cooper, who was fired after allegedly calling 911 on a Black bird-watcher without proper cause, lost a discrimination suit filed against her ex-employer. So reports USA Today.

binoculars 159363 640Cooper called 911 after claiming the man threatened her and her dog after a disagreement about the dog’s leash. U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams said Cooper’s claims against her former employer, investment firm Franklin Templeton, were “unsubstantial.”
