Trump, D.C. AG Settle Alleged Inauguration Overpayment Lawsuit  

The Washington, D.C., attorney general and several entities tied to former President Donald Trump have agreed to settle a lawsuit regarding payments to the Trump International Hotel made in 2017 when Trump was inaugurated. So reports Axios.

trump 1822121 640 smallThe lawsuit alleged Trump’s inaugural committee intentionally overpaid for event space at the property. As a result of the settlement, Trump’s camp agreed to pay $750,000.
