University of Montana Law Leaders Resign Amid Retaliation Claims By Sex Assault Accusers  

Dean Paul Kirgis and Associate Dean Sally Weaver are stepping down from their roles at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law after being accused of discouraging women from reporting alleged sexual assaults. So reports The Daily Beast.

Montana Law schoolMore than 100 community members and students participated in a rally and walkout prior to the announcement. At least 13 former and current law school students said leadership failed them by either prolonging resolutions of accusations for months or by retaliating against accusers.
