Judge: Ohio Can’t Force Biden Admin to Release Census Data Early

A federal judge tossed a lawsuit filed by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost hoping to compel the Biden administration to release the results of most recent census by March’s end. So reports WKSU 89.7.

At present, it is also unclear if Ohio will have 16 or 15 congressional representatives until the data is released in September, per the administration’s timeline.
