The law prohibits evictions for “tenants who paid at least 25% of their rent owed after Sept. 1.” The law also calls for federal stimulus reimbursements to landlords if they forgive a portion of the back rent due.

Calif. Governor Extends Partial Eviction Ban, Landlord Assistance Included
A measure protecting certain tenants from eviction has been extended through June after California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the policy into law. So reports Associated Press.
