Napping Yankees Fan Sues ESPN for Mocking Him On Air

A fan who was filmed snoozing during a game at Yankee Stadium and was mocked for it by ESPN commentators has sued the network, the team and the announcers for $10 million. So reports the New York Post.

The Queens District Attorney’s office is prosecuting a New York City taxi cab driver who allegedly avoided $28,000 in tolls on the RFK Bridge by tailgating closely behind the car in front of him and crossing through the bridge’s tollbooth before the barrier came down.
