The lawsuit, which applies to users who made an account between May 2007 and December 2022, came after plaintiffs said Facebook’s parent company, Meta, allegedly allowed Cambridge Analytica to access millions of users’ information. Individuals who believe they are entitled to a portion of the settlement will need to provide basic personal information, payment information and their Facebook handle.
