Mötley Crüe Embroiled In Legal Dispute Involving Guitarist’s Inability to Tour  

Guitarist Mick Mars is suing Mötley Crüe and related corporate entities after claiming he is being denied compensation due to his health-related retirement. So reports CNN.

Motley CrueAt the heart of the issue is a 2008 agreement that states “in no event shall any resigning shareholder be entitled to receive any monies attributable to live performances (i.e., tours).” Mars is requesting the label hand over business records following the dispute, while the band said he has already been offered a generous retirement compensation package.
