Mass. AG Healey Signs Off On Topless Nantucket Beaches  

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey approved the “Gender Equality on Beaches” bylaw amendment that now allows both women and men to be topless on Nantucket beaches. So reports CNN.

nantucket sankaty gf887f9dc4 640Voters approved the idea in May and the decision becomes official with Healey’s Wednesday, Dec. 7 stamp. Women had faced a $300 fine and as much as three years’ prison time if caught topless.
