Missouri’s Senate Bill 666 Draws Criticism for Making Murder 'Legal'

A proposed law in Missouri has drawn sharp criticism from prosecutors and law enforcement officials. Under the proposal, all use of force is presumed as self-defense unless it is proven to the contrary. So reports KFVS 12.
