Snap Puts Halt on Yolo, LMK As It Faces Lawsuit in Teen Death

Snap will suspend usage of Yolo and LMK on its platform, both of which offer anonymous messaging, after the company has been sued by the family of a bullied teen who committed suicide. So reports The Verge.

The lawsuit states he had been bullied for months on the app. “Both services let users send messages anonymously which facilitates cyberbullying to such a degree that the apps should be considered dangerous, the suit alleges,” according to the article.
