As such, Culp has dropped a lawsuit filed in King County Superior Court against Secretary of State Kim Wyman to that end. Culp had originally argued Gov. Jay Inslee’s 545,000-vote win was tainted by fraud and “intolerable voting anomalies.” However, upon threat of sanctions for making claims without merit, Culp’s attorney Stephen Pidgeon withdrew the suit.
