S.C. Dad Fires Son, Sues Him for Stealing Law Firm Name

The George Sink P.A. Injury Lawyers firm has filed a lawsuit against George “Ted” Sink Jr., who created the ‘George Sink II’ law firm, for “trademark infringement, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices.” So reports The Post and Courier.

Lawyers for the senior Sink said his son created the firm shortly after being fired by his father. George Sink is asking his son to stop using the name George Sink II and cancel the “George Sink Law Firm dot com” domain name he is using.
