Judge Judy Litigant Arrested for Stealing on Her Way Home From the Show

A Bronx woman was arrested for grand larceny after Port Authority police learned that she had stolen property while en route from Los Angeles, where she had just appeared in a taping of the Judge Judy show. So reports The New York Post.

The woman, 26-year-old Melissa Perez, was caught with an iPad that belonged to a flight attendant, and a credit card and a passport that belonged to a fellow passenger. Perez’s traveling companion told authorities that Judge Judy had ruled against Perez, but she didn’t reveal the nature of the dispute that Judge Judy decided.
