Cowboys' Owner Seeking Legal Remedy to Block Goodell Contract Extension  

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is preparing to sue the NFL regarding Commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract. So reports The New York Post.

Jones is reportedly enlisting David Boies to litigate. Jones also threated to sue the owners of the Texans, Giants, Falcons, Chiefs, Patriots and Steelers in an attempt to derail efforts to extend Goodell’s contract.

Jones needs 24 owners on board with his plan, but was only able to get 16 on a recent conference call supporting his initiative.
