Both murders took place in Harlem, New York. Moore, already in jail awaiting a court date, was said to have shot four people outside a restaurant, killing one. Prior to that incident, though, police allege he shot another man twice in the chest while he sat on a W. 124th St. stoop. His arraignment is pending.
