The deal is not yet done and a public comment period will precede finalization from the EPA, FTC, Justice Department and California Air Resources Board.

Volkswagon Agrees to $14.7B Emissions Scandal Settlement
Volkswagen has agreed to a $14.7 billion settlement after it rigged 475,000 diesel vehicles to mask their emissions and skirt standards. Close to $10 billion will be used to get the vehicles off the road and compensate car owners. So reports NBC News.
