Did Trump Offer Assange a Pardon Over Russia's Email Hack?

Former Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) was allegedly sent to the Ecuadoran Embassy in London to broker a deal with Julian Assange that would have given the Wikileaks founder clemency if he gave up information proving the Russian government was not the source of the hacked emails from the Democratic Party published on Assange's Wikileaks website.
