N.H. Judges May be Forced to Tell Jurors They Can Acquit if they Disagree with Law

A bill to was introduced in January in New Hampshire’s House of Representatives to require judges to tell juries in every criminal case that they are free to vote to acquit defendants if they have reasonable doubt of guilt or if they simply don't agree with the underlying law.
