Vaginal Mesh Maker Ordered to Pay $2M

A jury last week ordered the medical device company C.R. Bard to pay $250,000 in compensatory damages and $1.75 million in punitive damages in the first trial of one of thousands of cases of injuries allegedly sustained from vaginal mesh pending in West Virginia federal court.
