Biker Charged in West Side Highway Melee Claims Innocence

We're willing to bet you saw the sensational footage of an SUV surrounded by motorcyclists on New York City's West Side Highway recently. Well, prosecutors saw it, too, and they have charged the biker who initially cut off the SUV, which then bumped his motorcycle’s back tire. So reports the Associated Press reports.
