Ultrasound Tech Students: We Were Forced Into In-Class Vaginal Exams

Two former students in the medical diagnostic sonography program at a Florida college have filed a federal lawsuit alleging they were forced to submit to vaginal exams in front of their classmates as part of their training. So reports CNN.

The students, who have since resigned from the associates degree program at Valencia College in Orlando, Fla., allege that they were forced to undergo the exams which involved having ultrasound equipment inserted into their vaginas, nearly once a week. The plaintiffs further claim that the exams were performed by members of both sexes, and even involved stimulating the plaintiffs sexually to facilitate the equipment’s insertion.
