Man Who Filmed Garner Death Headed to Prison

Ramsey Orta, the Staten Island man who filmed the death of Eric Garner, was sentenced to four years in prison for weapon and drug charges. So reports The New York Daily News.

Orta was charged after an undercover officer said he sold crack cocaine, heroin, oxycodone, marijuana and anti-anxiety pills on nine separate occasions. He was also said to have had a handgun in his possession.
