The complaint was filed last week with the Federal Election Commission and alleges the congressman misused his campaign funds, filed late disclosures and violated contribution limits. Santos is also facing a complaint from the Campaign Legal Center and has separately been accused of making false, outlandish claims about his personal and work life.
