Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman has filed a lawsuit alleging Rudy Giuliani and former President Donald Trump’s son, among others, conspired to “intimidate him into not testifying and retaliated against him after he did so anyway.” So reports The Hill.
Vindman was one of the witnesses who testified against Trump during his first impeachment proceedings. The retired military leader said in the lawsuit his testimony against Trump led to a denial of his promotion in the Army and the removal of him and his brother from their posts in the White House.
