NRA Bankruptcy Case Tossed, NY AG Pegs 2022 for Trial

A federal judge tossed a petition from the National Rifle Association seeking bankruptcy status and said the request was made “in bad faith.” So reports CNN.

NRAThe gun owners’ advocacy group is facing litigation from the New York attorney general’s office and was hoping to reorganize in Texas after filing for bankruptcy. As a result of the decision, New York Attorney General Letitia James said she anticipates a trial could take place in 2022.
