The NAACP Legal Defense Fund, National Fair Housing Alliance and National Urban League filed the lawsuit in a Washington, D.C. federal court. The lawsuit argues the president’s executive order violates free speech and “strangles workplace attempts to address systemic race and sex discrimination.”
