Alec Baldwin has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter related to the death of Rust crew member Halyna Hutchins, and his attorney called the indictment a “terrible miscarriage of justice.” So reports Deadline.
The charges against the actor were brought by New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was also charged with involuntary manslaughter with respect to the incident.
