Hutchins was unintentionally shot by actor Alec Baldwin during filming. Baldwin was given the gun that was supposed to contain blanks, but instead had real bullets in it.
Veteran First Assistant Director David Halls and armorer Hannah Gutierrez have not been charged with a crime as of press time, but the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
