DOJ Pushing Death Sentence for Boston Marathon bomber

The Department of Justice has asked the Supreme Court to reinstate the death penalty ruling for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev after a lower court vacated that penalty. So reports Fox News.

President Joe Biden previously noted he does not support federal executions and, when contacted by Fox, a spokesman said Biden's stance has not changed. The spokesperson also acknowledged the independence of the DOJ in such matters.
