A married lawyer in good standing was banned from all five jails in South Florida county after a deputy reported seeing her having sex with her client in an attorney interview room in Broward County’s main jail. So reports the South Florida SunSentinel.
The Florida State Bar is investigating the allegations. If the bar does find probable cause to support the allegation that the lawyer facing the ban, 35-year-old Jessica Mishali, had sex with her client, 26-year-old attempted murderer Ysreal Granda, the Florida Supreme Court will decide her punishment.
